huda, sha, della & kennethHad a great day today, met up with my other comrades from NIE. Had dinner at Sakura, dropped by Funan to look for gadgets then we took a stroll to boat quay coffee bean to chill. We talked alot on what we have missed out on each other. We talked alot about our students too. Haiz, teachers will always be teachers: the hot topic will always be about students! And Della who visited Kranji for the National IT sharing complimented that Kranji Kids are good and she loves the art room - the legacies that i left behind. I'm proud of Kranjians and I am truly glad and lucky that once a point of time in my life i was given a chance to teach and grow as a teacher in kranji.
it's so good to be able to see them again and it's just sad that the night passes by so fast. lurve you all! muacks
the week have been good and relaxing. i allowed myself to slack a lil bit, cos i knew the one week break is coming (starting next week). And this break means that i'll have to slog to finish the essays, so might as well loosen up abit for this week. Had a new hair cut too. Said goodbye to my long hair cause it's getting too unmanageable already. It's dry with split ends and all: it's just like walking around with branches and twigs! hehe.
Received a piece of good news too. HDB have approved the deferment of the collection of keys to my flat till Jan 2007 and allowed us to submit our marraige cert in june 2007. So which means in 3 months time, i'm going to be a Bukit Panjang citizen. It's so exciting just to think about it. It such a great feeling to have a space you can call your own. i'm so totally going to hang my paintings all around the house. heh, my poor hubby will have to learn to appreciate my art pieces! And yup! i'll need people to help me paint the house! Any artists willing to render their services? (*grin*)
till the next entry... take care everyone.... luvluv
